My name is Dominique Sierra Moore, and I am a mother of three autistic children with just nine months remaining in my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.

For years, I have worked to overcome difficult circumstances while pursuing an education that will allow me to provide stability, security, and a better future for my family. Today, I am facing one of the most challenging seasons of my life. I am working to establish independence from an unhealthy family environment while also completing the final stretch of nursing school.

I have come too far to give up now.

Throughout my journey, I have maintained my commitment to my education, my children, and my goal of becoming a registered nurse. With graduation finally within reach, I am asking for support to help cover the costs associated with finishing school and creating a stable foundation for my family.

Funds raised will be used for:

• Nursing school tuition and educational expenses

• NCLEX preparation and graduation-related costs

• Transportation and essential living expenses

• Housing and relocation expenses as I work toward independence

• Supporting my children during this transition
