Hello my name is Thomas Phillips. I’m asking for donations to make Emergency road repairs in the Indian Springs lake estates POA. ISLEPOA. After Edouardo last week some of our already damaged roads suffered washouts and have Hindered Emergency Response to residents along the lake area. This is all private owned roads and the POA and Polk county Tx. Is unwilling to help. It took an ambulance over an hour to get to an elderly individual who was having symptoms of a heart attack. That individual had a stroke after they arrived at the hospital. Please if you give. Any amount helps. I personally was able to buy two truck loads of big rock and have two additional loads donated as well
