i am the step father of Marshawn "front street capo" Flemon. I am currently a single father raising and have been for the past 13 years his 3 youngest siblings who are my kids. we moved from Chicago to get away from the things that caused his downfall. his sister, my oldest is in her third year at a 4 year university with my other two following behind her. I was there the day his mom (who has been absent from our lives for over a decade) put him out days before he was murdered. my biggest regret was not intervening. but i have been determined not to let his 3 siblings suffer the same fate. I have my own business, a freight expediting business. recently our family has had a few setbacks, only made harder by my cargo van, the way i support our family, needing an engine replacement that will cost close to $8,000.00 i am asking for the assistance of this community who has shown so much interest in him and his piers. please take this opportunity to help the family of one of the many lost to the streets of Chicago. i do not glorify any part of this tragedy or the mistakes i have made in my life. i have included pictures only to prove i am who i say i am which include my old i.d with the Vernon building address on it where we lived when he was growing up in the building with Terry Berry, a pic of me and his mom, a pic of E Dai and myself and a pic of me and his siblings, my kids. of course i have removed my children's faces for obvious reasons and the estimate for the engine.
