Help with care

I'm diagnosed with Lupus, MDS (blood cancer) and CMML leukemia. I have no finances and zero loved ones to help me through this. I can seek treatment in Vermont or Oregon. I simply don't have the money for travel, lodging, food, expenses while I'm there. I'm happy to show documentation if asked. I would be there for a month.
