Hysterectomy gone wrong

I'm chuck, misti's husband for over 31yrs. Here's a little about the love of my life. Misti was loved by many and never met a stranger. She started out as a daycare employee for about 10yrs. In those 10yrs she went to college for early childhood education and took everything tvcc had to offer. She moved from the classroom to the boss position. Every parent and child at the daycare loved misti. In 2010 we closed the daycare and misti became an art teacher at central elementary in athens. An opportunity opened up at the middle school for attendance clerk and she took it. Her smile lit up the lives of every single person that came through that office. In 2021 misti got a sore on the bottom of her right foot. It soon got infected and she fought the infection for a year until they finally took her lower leg. She then had a prosthetic and was doing so good with it. She was on dialysis for a few years up until December of 2024. She had started driving herself to dialysis around August of 2023, but she started hurting in her abdomen. She was told the she needed a hysterectomy, so we started looking for a doctor. She found a doctor Baumgartner in athens who could do it quickly. So march 25th 2024 she walked into the hospital and by that evening she was being flown to tyler to save her life, she was bleeding internally. She lost so much blood that her kidneys shut completely down. She was in icu so long and had a breathing tube in for so long that it altered her speech. I quit my job to be able to be there for her. I did find a new job and was home nights, but our mortgage got so far behind along with our regular bills. I went back to my old job and started trying to catch the smaller bills up. But we're $30,000.00 in the hole. She battled several wounds that were caused by the hospital in athens and the hospital in tyler. She was then transferred to a rehabilitation facility in athens. Although she was hurting, she kept a smile. August she was getting better and walking a little, so she had decided to try to go home by October. So she came home and tried to live at home but it didn't work. So she went back to the rehabilitation facility where she started getting kidney infections that would put her in the hospital. Her body got so very tired with dialysis and the infections and the iv antibiotics. By the end of December she had decided to go on hospice care. Then she was transferred to hospice of east texas where she spent her last days. Even though she was dying she still had a smile on her face. She passed away on January 4th as I held her hand and stroked her head. We didn't get life insurance because we thought we had time to do it. So as far as the funeral services and our bills I'm still trying so hard to tackle it on my own. I would never ask for help if I didn't truly need it. Thank you all and god bless you all. My cashapp is $cwayne51 if you would rather donate that way. Anything is absolutely appreciated.
