We are being evicted by my millionaire brother after years of us caring for my parents. I was told by my brother that I would be given the house once my parents could no longer live in the house. I provided this care for over 20 years and once they had to move into assisted living, my brother denied the agreement and almost immediately sent us an eviction. We have a conference on August 27, 2026 and we know the judge is going to move forward with the eviction.

We need help with moving expenses and the downpayment for a house. I may also incur further legal expenses because he is also threatening to file charges for harassment and defamation because I have informed his employer and started making TikTok videos about our situation. He has been the one doing that as he has turned our entire family against me.

We have an 11-year-old daughter who is on the autism spectrum, and we are unable to move to an apartment. She has very loud vocal stims and likes to jump to cause the loudest noise she can.
