💫 Last year I lost 2 of the most important people in my life, my nana and my dad. In a gut-wrenching shock, they died on the same day - my nana from her battle with Alzheimer’s and my father suddenly from pancreatic cancer. In an effort to handle the loss, I decided to ride my bike solo 🚲 from Arizona to San Diego (420 miles!), something I had always told my dad I wanted to do. I reached out to my family and friends to support me, and together we raised $4,000, which I donated to Northern Arizona Hospice and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. This year, I am headed out again, Arizona to Salt Lake City, challenging myself by increasing the mileage to +670 miles. If you've read this far, BLESS YOU.
