6 PARVO puppies need funding!
I am a long time Volunteer with The Ark Inc. No-Kill Animal Shelter in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Ark is a Volunteer only run Shelter and depends on private donations only. We receive no City funding.
This campaign is to raise funds for the Veterinarian Care of 6 puppies which the Ark rescued of Death Row from a County Shelter.
The poor sweethearts where testing PARVO negative when arriving at our Vets, but if you know PARVO, you know that an animal can carry it but can only be detected when it shows the first symptoms. On Sunday night we rushed the first puppy, (the left one in the 1st picture) to the Emergency Clinic. The care, and that one night spend cost $749.11. Now our trusted Veterinarian Clinic is taking care of all the puppies, since a second one, (the one on the right of the 1st picture) has also come down with PARVO. We are sure the care for all of the puppies will be more as we ask for, but all we asking is to help the Shelter out since our funding is low do to saving so many animals over the last year with very expensive illnesses. Be assured the incoming amount of your donation will be spend 100% on this 6 Puppies.
