This is Aurora's wonderful daughter Montserrat. Although you can't tell by the perfect smile she always has on her face, unfortunately she is a diagnosed type 1 diabetic. An obstacle in her life I'm sure many of you have heard of before. She was diagnosed when she was just 3 years old. She is now 13. In the past decade, Aurora has watched her tackle life at every turn. From basketball to watching crazy tv shows to exceeding expectations at school. She is always passionate in everything she does. Aurora has seen her become not only an amazing daughter but also an incredible athlete, student, and all around great young woman with a great big heart. 

Recently, Montserrat was hospitalized for a few days due to an awful diabetic episode.  With the holidays right around the corner and Aurora being her sole care taker, we are coming together to assist Aurora and Montserrat with upcoming expenses.  Any denomination of donation will help out tremendously and be greatly appreciated.  Sick hours through Hyatt can also be donated for Aurora.
