Hello. I am Austin, this campaign is not about me, it is about my brother Josh.

Josh is a gentle and kind person that helps and cares for others. He is 19. Josh was born with some genetic disorders that left his foot in a mess.  A doctor had made a mistake with what condition Josh had, leaving Josh with a messed up foot that he walks sideways on. He never let that stop him. He struggled through the pain and joined Marching Band in High School. Josh's genetic disorder also delayed his speech and language skills, but Josh over came that problem as well. He worked harder than most students do and graduated with an awesome GPA. Josh now attends college, second year. He is going into the Medical field so he may help others. Josh holds a job and attends full time college. 

Last year, October 7th, to be exact, my brother purchased his first new car (new to him) a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. The car had low miles and he also had the car checked out prior to purchasing. So less than a year to date, the transmission blew. It blew to the tune of $3,350.00.  My brother takes great care of the car. All the regular maintenance.  He did not get upset, he just got it fixed.  It took all of his college money to that.  

Shortly after this event, Josh had discovered a lump in his left check. The doctor is having that checked out as well. However, during looking at that, it is found that Josh has loss of hearing in his right ear. The medication for that ear alone was $100.00.  

I am trying to help raise money to cover his loss on the transmission and the out of pocket medical expenses he is incurring right now.  Like I said, he is a good and kind person who is really having crappy luck right now.  He will pay if forward through his life.
