Sena De Leon
Christmas in Pakistan!
Hello there,
My name is Sena De Leon and I have been working with a brother in the Lord from Pakistan. His name is Zahid Hameed and he is an Evangalist who has been faithfully doing God's work by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of Pakistan. My husband and I have been supporting his ministry, but as you all know Christmas is just around the corner. Zahid and I are working hard at getting each child in his ministry a Christmas gift. There are currently 500 children that he serves on a regular basis. We contacted Samaritans purse and they explained that because of the high demand for Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes, the lack of contacts in Pakistan, and the short time frame in which we have to work, they cannot help us this year. We decided to reach out to God's people who are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus! We are praying for $5,000. This will provide $10 per child. Instead of purchasing the items here and then shipping them, we have decided that the gifts will be purchased in Pakistan. This will obviously save a tremendous amount of money in shipping fees. Once gifts are delivered we will update this post with pictures and video of the children receiving their gifts. Please consider sponsoring 1,2, or even 3 children. Help us share the generosity of Jesus this holiday season! These children are new to Christ and we want to show them God's love and faithfulness through the giving of others. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. We are so very thankful for your support! God Bless you!
**Donations received will go to my email address and I will be sending a wire transfer of funds once the fundraiser is finished. I will gladly update this post with a screenshot of the transfer receipt. Thank you again and God Bless!
