Diabetic Needs Service Dog
My name is Joy. I have had type 1 diabetes for over 40 years. I cannot tell when my sugar is dropping to a dangerous level without checking my blood. Dogs are being trained to detect low blood sugar as it is falling up to 20 minutes before a machine can detect it. Throughout these 40 plus years of diabetes my family, friends, businesses and the community has helped me raise money for diabetes. Today I'm asking you to help me get a trained service dog that can help me and my family take care of my diabetes. With each donation you will help pay for a service dog that will help keep me out of a life threatening situation.
