Discrimination Lawsuit

How is everybody doing today? My name is Joel K. I experienced some very unfortunate chain of events at this place I used to be employed with called Aisin. This is not fake it's very real and I have police documents and so forth to back up everything I'm telling you. It was something so horrible and I wish it never happened but it did and I have to find a way to hold everybody that was involved accountable. I worked at Aisin. Shortly after I started working there I walked to my car in the Aisin parking lot and I found a very mean and harsh note on the windshield section of my car. I immediately, at first, wanted to go inside immediately and tell somebody. My heart was racing and I was obviously shocked. But then I calmed down and realized that I'm new and I haven't even been there not even three weeks and me already having issues at work may look bad on my part so I decided to wait until I was there for at least a full month before addressing this. Not too long afterwards I got fired for no good reason. I didn't do anything over there that was a firable offense. I was told I leave my work station a little too much one day but I was leaving to check on my car because in the note there were threats about vandalism to my car. And after I was told to not leave my work station too much I stopped doing it altogether. I did everything I was told to and listened to my bosses and always corrected my mistakes that they said the first time. They told me to inspect the parts and notify them about bad parts and I did that. I worked hard. I got fired because somebody or some people over there did not like the fact that I'm African American and they set me up and I now know who they are. I never imagined in a million years that this kind of racism actually still exists. I found a better paying job after getting fired from Aisin so I was going to forget this and just put it behind me however one day I called up Aisin to speak to my on site representative Carrie about them shortening my check. She got rude with me and hung up. I went to the police afterwards with the note I found on my windshield as I as I stated above during my short time at Aisin. The Police confronted Nathan in human resources about the note. I wanted to put this behind me and just move on. I had opportunities waiting for me so again I just wanted to forget about this. However, Carrie, Shawn and Donna, the people I worked with at Aisin started to follow me and find out where I live. This other Aisin employee, a female named Bobby or Bobbi I believe is her name also was following me and called me a "nigger" on several occasions. I parked at different places waiting for them to pass through so that they wont know where I live and they would confront me at different times in Seymour, Indiana and Columbus, Indiana and call me the N word(nigger) and say things like "I'm glad they got rid of your stupid black ass". And say "Nigger". From what I remember Carrie had a gun on her and I saw Shawn and Donna waving guns too trying to intimidate me. I called the police AGAIN after that. The Police followed me to the highway to make sure nobody was following me. I called Nathan shortly afterwards to try to find out first of all why I got fired to just understand the situation and he wouldn't tell me. When I came up there to tell him about his employees harassing me he said these EXACT words " Now that we are not on the phone I can call you the stupid nigger that you are". Nobody at any workplace should have to go through this. All these Aisin employees need to get fired at the very least. But I am turning to you people on here for help because you are my only hope. This is extremely embarrassing that I have to let the public know about these events. I wish it never happened. I don't like to be the victim of anything but I have no choice. What happened to me was so horrible that I have to take Aisin to court for hiring such horrible racist people in their company and allowing them to do stuff like this. They fact they were so comfortable in doing this to me lets me know that they have probably been doing it for awhile and getting away with it. I just need help paying for Lawyer fees and when I get a settlement, whether it's in court or out of court, I will give 10 percent of the money to the person that donated the most to me. I'm a nice, hardworking, kind man who has always been there for people and who is always trying to do the right thing. I never been to Jail, I treat women with respect, and I'm always trying to bless people. Please help me out. Justice needs to served. God Bless.
