I am Ann Lambert-Lane, Greg Lane's mother and currently his caretaker since he has been bedridden since June 2016.  I will try to condense Greg's numerous physical ailments that have brought us to ask for monetary assistance to help pay mounting medical bills not covered by his Medicare disability income.  Greg has suffered from severe stomach pain and numerous surgeries for the past ten years resulting from scar tissue from a ruptured appendix at age 9; however, added to that pain, he recently contracted six different lung infections which combined with a significant weight loss from a collapsed mesenteric artery in 2013, almost took him from this earth.  He has been hospitalized 7 times in the last 8 months, not counting 4 different rehabilitation/nursing centers, but he is still unable to walk on his own.  His weight plummeted to 68 Lbs. at one point back in April of this year; however, the TPN feeding nutrition he has been receiving 24/7 at home since mid September 2016 has enabled him to gain 45 Lbs., but he still needs to continue the expensive nutritional support for a few more months to get to a normal weight and regain his muscle control.  The supplement is very expensive, even at a discounted rate of $600.00 per month.  His out-of-pocket medical bills and RXs have exceeded $10,000.00 this year alone.  I am therefor asking for any contribution that anyone feels they can spare to help us get through this ordeal and thank you very much in advance.
