My name is Greg Allen and I'm writing this on behalf of my wife and family. My wife worked for a county run nursing home for approximately thirteen years she was very dedicated to her job and residents when we had little she always made sure that her residents were taken care of the sad thing about that whole situation is how some families can put their loved ones mom dad grandparents siblings in a facility and never go to check on them parents raised us so shouldn't we be obligated to make sure we take the time out to check on them I'm not saying everybody does this but it happens way more then it should . Over the approx thirteen years my wife worked at this job suffered numerous injuries to her back so unfortunately she had to have a career ending surgery with that happening to go from two full employed incomes to go down to one really hurts financially I'm optimistic and hopeful that things will come together for our family we were tied up in litigation for about two years and unfortunately the magistrate / person in charge of hearing and defense say since there is not an exact date that they will not reimburse for out of pocket medical bills that were caused due to the surgery my wife had to have due to the type of work she did she was a cna certified nurses aid what the defense is saying is foolish in my opinion it's like cavities or losing hair or losing sight or hearing it happens over a period of time you can't pin point the precise day it is something that happens over time constantly lifting twisting bending pulling muscles over doing it is something to be cautious for but even if you are under staffed you still have a job to do right you cant neglect the residents you suck it up and deal with it it's sad this is this way it is are regular bills are out of control as well as my wife's medical bills it couldn't be a worse time of the year for these things to hit us all at once anything that you do to lighten our overwhelmed /extra heavy load would be truly appreciated thank you and may God bless you
