Kimbo's Mother passed away from an Infectious Disease that was caught at the hospital. Just before she died,Kimbo made her a promise to care for her Husband ,(Chuck) as he suffered from Advanced Parkinson's and Dementia. As we all know, A Full Time Caregiver , is a 24 hour a day job, 7 days a week. Kimbo took a leave of absence from his employment, which in time,led to his dismissal, to fulfill his promise to his mother. As Kimbo's savings had run out and with no income, his obligation of child support was falling behind and The Attorney General for The Office of Recovery Services , contacted Kimbo to inform him that ,if the amount is not paid, the State would revoke Kimbo's Driver's License, and put him in jail. Kimbo asked the State for a review on his case, but however ,the child is now over 18 years of age, and no review will be given, and retraction of fees will not be honored . As Chuck passing on after his brave battle ,with these life ending diseases occurs , Kimbo has to reset his life and start a new beginning. The state will not wait for that to happen, even with the documentation and request for a stay, from Chuck's Physician, NeuroSurgeon , Hospice Nurse, and Hospice Social Worker. Please help Kimbo take care of this burden , and let his promise and good deed go unpunished. Let Kimbo get a fresh start with the rest of his life ,without suffering any worse setbacks.
