Hello,

My Name is Doug Kannady.I am a 54 year old Male.I have had 3 surgeries on My neck & I am disabled.My neck is all metal now as You can see in My picture.I was injured on My job in 2009.I have lived in pain every day since then.I take multiple medications and hit the donut hole every year which makes My medication cost rise for a period.My Father was diagnosed about 2 months ago with Pancreatic Cancer.The Cancer has spread and it is inoperable.I need & want to go spend time with Him but with My severe health issues & medication & costs for doctor visits,it is preventing Me from spending time with Him.I live 4 hrs.away from My parents.I Love My Parents & We are a close knit Family.

I have several Doctor appts. next week.Since the doctors are all specialists,My copayment for each doctor is $40.I have to see 5 different specialists.That is $200 in copay's !!!!!!

That does not count medications.I have over $300 in medications sitting at the pharmacy waiting for Me to pickup.I am Married & My wife is disabled due to 6 lower back surgeries.So She has medical expenses also.

I need financial help to get My medications & for travel expenses to go visit & stay with My Dad.Any help would be appreciated.
