Christine was visiting California with her son, Patrick, so he could participate in an Invite Only Combine for Elite Kickers. In typical Christine fashion, since she is not one to sit still, she passed the time sightseeing and exercising along the Pacific Coast Trail. Unfortunately, she was hit by a car traveling at a high rate of speed and was critically injured. Her Husband Chris along with her Mother and Father immediately rushed out West to be by her side.

Christine is in critical but stable condition in the ICU. She still has multiple surgeries ahead of her and will be staying in California as she recovers from these life threatening injuries.

We have set up this page because people are asking how they can help. Prayers are working and are still needed. This page will allow us to update everyone daily on Christine's progress. If you would like to contribute to defer some of the unexpected costs such as travel expenses, hotel rooms, medical bills, and everyday expenses in both California and New York it would be greatly appreciated. 

For those of you who have the pleasure of knowing Christine can attest to, her resolve, determination and sheer will to get back to 100% will carry her through this difficult journey as she heals. After all, not everybody can brag that they were inducted into the Hofstra University Hall of Fame! Christine would never comment about that awesome accomplishment but we certainly will since it is one of many memories we share with her.
