Hello my name is Jim I am a 58 year old man who is a little down on his luck right now. I am trying to raise 2100.00 for surgery for my 13 month old austrailian shepard/red heeler mix who ate some of my curtains while I was at work and now has an intestinal blockage. He will need surgery to remove the blockage. His name is levi and is my world. I consider him my service dog because I am Bi-polar 1 with bouts of major depression. He has been a tremendous help for me to get thru some very rough times. I feel a bit embarrassed having to post an add for help. I work construction and have lost over a thousand dollars during the last 2 months due to bad weather conditions. I am going to use any funds I may receive for the surgery and treatment for my dog and nothing else. It is my intention to pay back these funds to whomever may help me out. I live in Colorado on my own with all my family living in Wisconsin. my parents are on a fixed income so they cannot afford to help me out. Thank you  for reading this.
