As a driven individual It has always been a profound desire of mine to assist,see people fulfill goals and witness their dreams come true. In the areas of their Self Image, Spirituality, Health, Education, Business, Entrepreneurial and Vocational skills, Parenting, Relationship, Love,Marriage and Wellness of Life overall.

I have acquired a building in the city of Clinton North Carolina and this building will house the very first Dream Resource center. A dream without resources is just that "a dream" and will forever remain that until it is driven to unite with the necessary resources to ignite and capture the "Come true"! The DRC will feed and nature the wellness of anyone who enters and has a hunger to succeed and make the captures. This campaign is listed under Education because in order to reach any goal, gaining the necessary information is the start. I am aware that A college education is not the only road to a sweet success. I do not have a college degree. Nevertheless, It was my distinct goal and desire to make sure my offspring got theirs. This first center was chosen to be in this city of Clinton for various and significant reasons. My two eldest sons are graduates of Clinton High School, "Home of The Dark Horses"! They are also both graduates of Howard University, Alumni of "The Mecca"!!  My youngest son will soon culminate from Clark Atlanta University, having garnered his degree by way of a full academic scholarship. I am beyond proud of them!!! College education was not the only road they could have taken to gain their success. However I bare witness too often to individuals who forsake that road simply due to lack of information and resources; especially in this particular region.

My very first mission in the city of Clinton is to see more High school students graduate and transition into four year colleges. Without as much burden of expenses and lack of knowledge regarding the application process. The DRC will provide counseling in this area by College graduates, My eldest son being one! Life Coaches, Professional councilors...and well... Moms like me that learned how to get it done! Through trial and error the road to our success has not been easy, however we persevered, pressed and captured those "come trues" endings...and beginnings. I now have the opportunity to unite resources with dreams caught and help to drive others to their destiny's and this makes me more than happy! There are many other dreams of all kinds that people need assistance to catch hold of and help to drive them. We were planted here to thrive and assist. This is not the beginning of this vision and I don't foresee and end. Only the continuance of more dreams going true. We are in need of financial support and volunteerism to catch more dreams, raise resources and capture the "come true" ! Are you a dream catcher? What are you willing to do?

Here is a list of services and resources The Dream Resource Center will be provide:

*A safe place for children and people of all ages to study, be tutored and complete assignments.   Homework, Applications of any kind for school, scholarships, careers, jobs, resumes 

*SAT and ACT mock testing

*Counseling services and Life skill Coaches will be available to also provide spiritual guidance, motivation and life skill training.

*A Computer lab with internet to facilitate the above and more.

*A meeting place for Entrepreneurs to present, barter and sell goods.

*A location where by clothing and food can be dropped off and picked up to assist the needy. 

*Classes and workshops will be held to help educate people on resources available to them world wide.

*Faith based book store where other goods will be sold and proceeds will go toward scholarships  Students and families in need to prevent dropout. Space is available to rent for small events i.e. Baby, Wedding and Bridal showers. Educational Classes, clinics and work shops. Book fairs and Bible studies etc.

*Last but not least there is a hair salon that will provide image consulting, cater professional services at affordable rates and complimentary to those who fit the criteria. Sponsorship is available through a Non-profit organization. The DRC is a not for profit Center and will operate strictly off of donations and volunteerism. This is an organization set up to meet the needs of the people, funded by corporate sponsorship, people of its community as well as people from the outside, world wide who are led to give.

What is needed to get the Dream Center up and running are funds and volunteers

Councelors, Life Coaches, Ministers,Tutors, Painters and paint supplies, Tables, Chairs, Desk, Computers (desk top and laptops), Internet service, A refrigerator, chafing dishes for events, A copy machine, Fax machines, and other office supplies.

The Location of this DRC is in the heart of Clinton just outside of The Downtown area. This location has already been leased, secured and cleaned. It is available for pre scheduled events as of Jan 1,2017. As the funds are raised the programs and resources will rise. Where dreams and resources unite the "come trues" ignite!
