Help with Alzheimer's

My Mom has Alzheimer's and came to live with me in October 2015.  Since I am taking care of Mom, I can not work.  My unemployment ran out after a year.  We have only Mom's Social Security to live on.  She has good insurance and most of her medical bills are covered, for now.  But there are a lot of other costs; food, gas, clothes, sitters, etc. which will continue to grow.  We can use any help we get.  Thanks!
