Warmth & Hope Cancer Blankets

In loving memory of my mom who passed away this last April from breast cancer, I've decided to make blankets for the many cancer patients in the area. They are often very cold during and after chemo treatments and to help make them more comfortable, I know a nice blanket is very welcome. Kids blankets will also be made! Blankets will be donated to St. Vincent's Hospital's cancer ward. Others may be later donated at Billings Clinic or other hospitals according to need and how many blankets I am able to make.

This is my personal project and will continue very slowly on my limited funds regardless of anyone donating. But often around the holidays people are looking for ways to give. I would love donations to help me make a large buy of fabric for blankets on Black Friday when the fabric is least expensive!

All money will go towards fabric and will be tied by me after my kiddos go to bed so that they stay clean cozy for the patients. Every penny counts which is why I chose this forum instead of the more popular funding sites that charge a fee for service. Please consider helping me help those courageous souls fighting cancer battles.
