Have you ever been so close to something you needed so badly and then in a matter of seconds it was so far from reach? We, my husband and I, were so close to homeownership and were sent into a downward spiral. First, he totaled his car (that was not paid off and we are still in limbo with that process) then, he had to have an emergency surgery THE DAY we were scheduled to provide our due diligence and earnest money fees. He works three jobs and I work one. The surgery has caused him to be out of work and now we are down to one income and were sooooooo close to achieving our goal of homeownership. However, with student loans, daily living expenses, a car payment and now living on one income our need to own a home seems so far away. Please consider helping us get back on our feet and back on the path of owning a home and put an end to our downward spiral of events.The money will be used toward medical bills and homeownership expenses (down payment, etc.)
