A beautiful woman with the kindest heart of anyone I have met passed away yesterday. She struggled greatly with what so people have to battle. Demenchia is under valued and mis understood to the fullest. Having to watch such an incredible human being suffer through a reality that is only there own is a terrifying experience to watch let alone have to fight and do so while feeling alone. My heart goes out deeply to Carmalita Burley, who was a mother, sister, grand-mother and most special of all a great grand-mother. She was never afraid to speak her mind but always opened her arms to those in need and never let a loved one struggle. I am grateful to have known an incredible soul such as hers. I want nothing more than to give back and help provide the ceremony she deserves. My goal is 10,000 but what ever is not used I would like to donate to the research and proper understanding of the disease that takes so many lives far too early.
