I am a single mom with a major dilemma.  I make too much money to receive any assistance {though I receive no child support  from my former spouse ) for things like health insurance or rental assistance for me and my daughter. 

I am changing jobs due to my position being shopped out to India. I found a new position, but I do not start until November 20th. As it was we have been living paycheck to paycheck for the most  part and now in the midst of all this,  we have to move due to our current rental home being unsafe for occupancy. It was built in 1949 and frankly I think that is the last time anyone did any maintenance on it. 

So basically I have been booking rooms through air bnb and PRICELINE for extended stays but doing that costs about forty percent more than an actual apartment.  But apartments require a security deposit.  Generally one month's rent along with first month rent. Again,  I have been living paycheck to paycheck and now my paycheck from the job I am leaving have ended. I am not going to be able to continue even these bookings for another twenty days PLUS the first two weeks before I get paid.
