Every parent wants their kids to have a safe and happy home, and I’m no different. But lately, that’s felt almost impossible. I’m a single parent raising eight children, and over the past year, we’ve been through more than our share of struggles. One of my kids has a serious asthma condition that requires constant care and medication. Another has ongoing health issues that keep us in and out of doctor’s offices. Trying to juggle their needs—on top of working as many hours as I can—has left me behind on bills and stretched thinner than I ever thought possible.

That’s why I’m starting this fund. I’m reaching out for help so my family can make it through this tough stretch. Every donation, no matter the size, will go straight to essentials: keeping the lights and heat on, buying groceries, paying for prescriptions, and making sure my kids have what they need for school and daily life.
