Asking for help is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I have always tried to work hard, take care of my family, and handle life's challenges on my own. However, after many years of caring for others and overcoming difficult circumstances, I am reaching out in hopes that those who are able may consider helping my family and me as we work toward a more stable future.

For most of my adult life, I have been a single mother raising two wonderful daughters. My oldest daughter graduated from high school last year, and my youngest is an upcoming sophomore who is very active in volleyball and softball. Being their mother has always been my greatest blessing and my highest priority.

Like many single parents, I faced financial hardships while trying to provide for my children. I took out loans when necessary and struggled at times to keep up with payments. My youngest daughter experienced several health issues earlier in her life, which occasionally required me to miss work in order to care for her. While I never regretted being there for my child, those challenges created financial burdens that took years to overcome.

During those same years, my mother became seriously ill at a relatively young age. I helped care for her until she passed away four years ago. In the midst of everything, I suffered a heart attack at the age of 38, an experience that changed my life and added even more challenges to an already difficult situation.

My father, who was much older than my mother, also struggled with serious health issues. For the last ten years of his life, he lived with me, and I became his primary caregiver. While it was an honor to care for him, it required significant time, energy, and financial sacrifice. He passed away in January of this year, leaving both an emotional and financial void.

Today, I continue working hard and doing everything I can to rebuild my credit and improve my family's future. I work long hours and have developed many skills throughout my career. Although I hold an associate degree and am grateful to have steady employment, my salary does not fully reflect my experience or the responsibilities I have carried over the years.

One of my biggest financial challenges is my vehicle. Because of my credit situation when I purchased it, I was forced into a high-interest loan. I still owe a significant amount on the car, despite it having high mileage and very little trade-in value. In addition, my oldest daughter's used vehicle has recently begun experiencing mechanical problems, and my youngest daughter will be turning 16 in less than six months. Reliable transportation is essential for work, school, and daily life.

Any assistance received would help me pay down debt, reduce the burden of my vehicle loan, continue rebuilding my credit, and work toward providing dependable transportation for both of my daughters. My goal is not luxury—only stability, security, and the opportunity to build a better future after years of caring for others.

It takes a great deal of humility to ask for help. I have spent much of my life putting the needs of my children and parents before my own, and now I am hoping for a chance to regain financial footing and reduce the constant stress that has followed me for so many years.
