My mom, Peggy Gates, has been battling spinal stenosis for years.
The most recent bout left her with minimal use of her hands and legs, and required her to have emergency surgery.
She's currently in Hershey Medical Center recovering and fighting the insurance company to approve her transition to a rehab facility.
She needs a ramp installed for her to be able to get in and out of her house when she's discharged from rehab, and the most recent quote was $10k.
