A Mother's Love is one that can't be broken, no matter the distance. I am setting this fundraiser up for my good friend Amber who hasn't had the ability to see her 6 year old daughter since August 14, 2020. She was parentally kidnapped and brought out of state to Florida. I met Amber and her older daughter Baliegh when they moved into my apartment complex (my neighbor) through my daughter. Since then we have become close friends and I consider them family.

Unfortunately I've not had the opportunity to meet her younger daughter in person, but I have met her through pictures and memories that Amber has shared. Amber has only been able to speak to her younger daughter once (She has tried everyday) since she was kidnapped.

Needless to say Amber's luck hasn't been the best. Her car got destroyed when someone decided they were going to tear through it at our apartment complex (insurance wouldn't cover it and she has to wait until the court date). She used a good chunk of her advanced tax return to purchase another car (which the engine ended up seizing), so she now is without her own vehicle. She is borrowing my sons car. She used the rest of her tax advance to catch up on rent. If things couldn't get worse, her oldest daughter's hips broke (due to the massive weight gain from medications being stopped when she was diagnosed with a leaking heart valve). So now she is out of work again until her daughter is released to go back to school (which puts her out of work for a month with no pay - doesn't qualify for paid FMLA until May).

I am starting this fundraiser so she can hire the attorney needed to get her daughter back, cover her bills (rent, electric, phone, etc) and get a reliable vehicle with a warranty.
