A new hope
Hi my name's Stacey and I'm disabled and have been on Ssdi since my early 20s. I've been living in my van over the last 8 years and that has had it challenges. I was saving money for a better vehicle and feeling great and on a good path but 2 tire blowouts and I'm back to square one and a little sadder. My next biggest challenge is getting a different vehicle to live in.
My current situation of not knowing if my now van will break down and leave me on streets has been overwhelming and damaging my health daily.
A different vehicle that is safe and reliable would enhance my ability to get to appointments for the care I need and it would provide a safe, dry place to continue to live.
Daily life already gives me many challenges so securing a more dependable vehicle would help benefit my health and lessen those challenges. Please share. All help is very much appreciated. Thank you!
