A Party for Dad

Hello, My name is Carolynne and I am the daughter of Jerry Lee. He was my Father and is the reason for this campaign.

You see my dad passed away just a few month's shy of his 82nd birthday. And ever sense his passing It seems as tho I just can't seem to put things together in the way he had always wanted.(in the event of his passing).

My Dad wasn't a fancy man, or a man that was high maintenence. He was the frugal king... he hated being inside! He did not like the winter .. instead the warm seasons was his favorite....he loved the outdoor and was raely ever inside. He had a T.V. but only watched it if he wanted to see a football game, or nascar race. But he would watch it when it was to cold to go outside, or if it rained. He was a jack of all trades, he could fix or make anything he set his mind to do. And let's not forget HE WAS AN AMAZING COOK!!

Dad had always drilled into me about getting a life insurance policy. So imagine how I was shocked, that we never could find a policy on him. And now its 5 months later and I still haven't fullfilled his last wishes in the event he passes. Dad had passed on April 7th of this year. (2025)... he has always been healthy and got arould better than most men half his age.

I had called him and he didnt answer but intrad he messaged me and said "At the hospital, call you later".. on friday I was at his house and I had called the EMS and on the 2nd call on Monday bc he just wasnt looking well.. and i called that mornning and they transported him to the hospital. And by that evening he passed away.

Dad always said he wanted to be cremated. No typical funeral services But instead he wanted to have a big 2 day bash of his "Life Party" ... he loved fishing, playing horse shoes, cornhole, darts and grilling outside... listening to that ole country music and telling his life stories... he was a great story teller.

He had told me that he wanted a big bash, with all the fixins..(like I just described) and then he wanted all the kids to have a special memberance made from his ashes. And then spread over his older brothers grave. And hopefully a small tombstone. (With their names on it)

But bc there wasnt a policy and I dont have the funds to give him his last request...this is me asking if there is anyone who can find it on their hearts to please donate and help me fullfill his last wishes, I am just not able to do this on my own.

He was a amazing Father and grandfather to us. And deserves all that he asked for.

And I included a letter he wrote for me in the pictures, bc that's what a wonderful Dad he was. And I have that to hold o. To

So if you can find it in your hearts to help it i would be forever grateful. But if you cant then please just say a prayer. So thank you all so much for reading this and may God bless you.

Thank You, Carolynne
