Hi I'm Cynthia and my sister has been diagnosed with a rare throat cancer. She is the rock of the family. The one that everybody relies on for everything. She's worked all of her life for the same company. But she's not going to be able to work for probably the next 3 months. She has to have chemotherapy and radiation. She won't be able to work because she won't be able to talk. The radiation is causing terrible pain so much that she can't even swallow. And will have to have a feeding tube put in. She has never smoked cigarettes or used tobacco. But still developed cancer. We all rely and depend on my sister. She's always there for her daughters and grandchildren and me when I need help. But now she's the one that's going to need help. Her husband has health issues as well. And will be returning to work after she's done with all of her treatments.
