A veteran Mama in need
What do you do when you dont know where to go or who to turn to after everyone else has already turned you down?
If you made it to this post im happy your here. Please stay a while and read along with me while I tell you a little something that could possibly make someones days alot better than it has been.
Theres this 37 year old single mother of two boys. The oldest son just started his junior year n high school . Hes such a bright smart boy who loves anything in computer technologies. And the youngest child, a little baby boy being 10 months . He loves to roll around on the the floor and smile and laugh and play. Shes a single mother that works full time with no help from no one but herself. She prides herself in her strength and her faith in the lord. This woman has a name. Her name is Stephanie. A little background about Stephanie is that she served her time in the United States Navy where she carried out her four years and traveled the world in the service until she got pregnant with her first son and had to do what a mother has to do. She put being a mother and wife ahead of being in the service. Years went by and went through a divorce that lead her back home to NY to raise her son on her own. She packed what she could in the car and drove back home across the country back East.
The past years havent been easy , but she made a way and a home for her now 2 boys. Stephanie took on a job in a nursing home to support her family. It wasnt until recently that when the world turned upside down and people were getting sick with the Covid -19 virus , that she came down ill with the virus as well. This sickness left her out of work for a month and a half. While being sick and away from her children in isolation to get better ,She applied for unplyment but didnt recieve acceptance or hear anything back from them until she went back to work. By then it was too late. Her bills are now late 2 and some 3 months behind. She doesnt know what to do or where to go. Before falling ill with this virus that she tried so hard NOT to get ,she was always on top of her bills and paid things on time. Her rent is late, her car is possibly up for repossession if she dont pay soon and her daycare needs to be paid so she can continue to take her child there while she works and make a living . Her son is in remote learning and needs the internet for school and that bill is also on the verge of loss.
What to do to help a woman and her kids ?Shes putting her pride aside and allowing me to make this fund page to try and help her get back up on her feet.
So please, if you have it in your heart to help another one in need of a little help. Lets face it ,everyone could use a little help once in a while. Please anything you could do. Even if its to just pass this story along to someone that could potentially donate and share. Any and everything is going to help this momma in more ways than we can ever express. Even if its a prayer. Those are welcome to.
I pray we all get through this together. Everyone stay safe and be well.
Soo, lets get this momma some help she deserves after serving her country.
