The All African People's Revolutionary Party (A-APRP) humbly invites you to support African Liberation Day (ALD) 2020. ALD a true instrument and institution designed to promote the concept worldwide that until Africa is free, no African anywhere (all people of African descent are African and belong to the African nation) will be free. This belief reflects the goals and aspirations of the Pan-African movement which we define as the objective of one unified socialist Africa. The A-APRP also uses ALD to inform about the necessity for us to support other genuine struggles for justice and self determination such as the struggles for justice in Palestine, Ireland, the Philippines, and the Indigenous people's of the Western Hemisphere.

With African Liberation Day 2020, we are unfortunately faced with the unprecedented challenge of COVID 19. As of early April, 2020, we still have the possibility of face to face events in several of our African locations because the virus has not invaded all parts of Africa and many places on the continent are not facing the lockdowns that we see in the West. Of course, as we are seeing with this virus, things change by the hour. So, we have established a hard time line of April 25, 2020, to decide if there will be face to face events for African Liberation Day in Africa in May of 2020. If we can move forward with face to face events on the continent, those locations will continue to receive funding for those events. If face to face events are not possible, we are looking at organizing online events. This is an extremely challenging prospect for Africa due to limitations in the availability of technology. In this instance, we will use your donations to contribute towards increased data resources to ensure we can produce successful events in those areas. Either way, your donations are even more needed now as we cannot let this pandemic stop us from continuing our push for African Liberation Day and our continued work to bring liberation to African people and all of humanity.
