Aid for Family in Puerto Rico
Please help us to raise funds for our family in Puerto Rico! It has been confirmed that due to Hurricane Maria, the entire island will likely be without power/electricity for MONTHS. Our family there does not have a back-up power generator at any of their homes.
As a way to provide some kind of much needed help, we'd like to purchase generators for our families' homes and have them shipped to the local Home Depot stores on the island. Home Depot will be able to resume their freight shipping service to their stores in PR hopefully in the next few weeks. The family would then be able to pick up the pre-purchased generators locally.
Generators can be costly, especially since multiple are needed (1 for each of their 6 houses) so we GREATLY appreciate any kind of contribution you can make to help us raise money for these.
It is a really tough situation that all residents in Puerto Rico are facing right now and we are trying to do anything that we can think of to help them!
