It's never easy to ask for help, but I'm reaching out to you on behalf of my big brother Alex Giraldo. For over 10 years, he's struggled with his severe Diverticulitis, last week his condition landed him in the ER, and had to undergo an emergency Colectomy. His surgery went well, however, the next few months, until his next (and hopefully) final procedure will be challenging not only emotionally but financially as he will have certain physical limitations. Unfortunately, without being able to work for a few weeks and the cost of needed supplies for Colostomy, he will be struggling to pay for his living expenses (rent, car insurance, utilities, etc.)

Right now, I want to ensure Alex is focusing on his recovery and not having to worry aout his finances. I'm asking all close friends and family if they can contribute anything to help cover the cost of his day-to-day responsibilites. Anything you can would be so helpful to our family.
