Allysia Waldrop legal fee
Imagine you have an 8 yo coming home and has been beaten so severely that they can hardly walk or sit. This is what my friend Allysia Waldrop is having to go through with her child. She came home from a visit with the father on 10/8/2022 beaten so badly that Allysia took her straight to ER. The beating apparently happened on 10/6/2022. During the exam, it was found that she had a previous pelvis bone fracture from a previous beating that she knew nothing about. Allysia currently does NOT have full custody of this child. A police report was made, charges have been placed, and now Allysia is fighting to get full custody of her daughter.
She lives in Jefferson City, MO. Allysia has spoke with multiple attorneys who have said they would love to take her case; however, they need $5,000 first. Apparently that seems to be going rate for custody cases, even with the abuse. The father, Julian Johns, is a dangerous man who has caused this child extreme damage and she is in fear of him. Allysia needs help for the funds for the attorney fees to keep him out of this child's life and keep her safe.
If you can please help her with any donation, it will be greatly appreciated. We understand completely if you can't. We ask if everyone can share this. The more folks that see this, the more we can help the child be safe and secure. Thank you from my heart for reading this!
