As many people know by now, Apex Trader Funding and Daytraders.com have enjoined me in a Temporary Restraining "Gag" Order and Apex has filed a motion for santions against me that is pending before the Texas court. Recently Apex told the court that they intend to file direct claims against me in an upcoming Amended Counter Complaint on 02/24/2025.

I am a Youtube Content Creator and Prop News Reporter who has been sharing information about Apex Trader Funding's:

• Retroactive rule changes /Bait and Switch Practices
• Mass payout denials & Video Recording Demands
• Gaslighting traders who were denied payouts
• Probationary periods to prohibit profitable traders from purchasing accounts at Apex
• Predatory Evaluation and Performance Account Rules, and
• I recently shared a whistleblower sourced video recording exposing Apex's nefarious intentions towards their profitable traders.

Apex is using the Texas court system to seek retribution against me for exposing them. They want to silence me and send a warning to the Youtube community so that nobody else will speak out about Apex's unethical and predatory business practices. I have hired a legal team to protect my rights as a content creator, and in doing so seek to protect all content creator's rights. Prop firms must not get away with silencing their crititcs, or using costly lawfare to intimidate the trading community.
