Arcade Music Festival is a collaborative effort by Local Cincinnati Musicians and Covington, Ky residents. While at the local bars on Pike Street, walking from The Hannaford to Old Town Tavern for Karaoke, we always noticed a locked-up, sealed-tight, under-utilized hallmark of Covington’s history. The Pike Street Flatiron Tunnel, ornamented with “Arcade” above its thresholds, is rarely open, but in August 2025, it’ll be the center of Covington’s newest, coolest indie project: “Arcade Music Festival.”

Within the last decade, Cincinnati has suffered the losses of Midpoint and Bunbury Music Fest, two massive showcases that put Cincy in the music spotlight. We want to create a fresh, truly localized art and music festival with an open and eclectic atmosphere. Multiple bars in the Madison Business District will Initially, the idea to The “Arcade” will serve as mid-point between 7+ collaborating venues: Second Story, Madison Live, Galaxie, The Hannaford, and Olde Town Tavern, Ripple Wine Bar, and West 6th. With enough sponsorship, we could close 7th Street and add even more venues and vendors!
