Lawyer Retainer
In 2019 I was assaulted by my ex fiancé and in my attempts to get justice I have had my child taken from me unfairly. I have physically not seen my child since July of 2022. Custody was given to my abuser: her father. This has been a hellish fight with the court system. I have had my transition outed in court and been made to seem like an abusive parent when that is far from the truth. Rebuilding after such significant mental trauma has been challenging. I am asking for assistance in raising the funds to retain a lawyer so I can see my child again.
