Aurora's Jaw Surgery

I need double jaw surgery for medical necessity. I was born with a skeletal deformity, which has complicated my quality of life. With this surgery, I'll be more comfortable and able to enjoy the freedom of not letting an insecurity get the best of me. In order to go through with the surgery, hopefully July 1st, I need my insurance deductible up front. Any help matters and I appreciate anything.
