We are seeking grant and gap funding assistance to support the relocation and expansion of Austin Roller Rink through the purchase of land and development of a new permanent facility. After serving the community for over 16 years, our goal is to create a larger, safer, and more modern entertainment venue that will continue providing affordable family recreation, youth activities, birthday parties, school events, and community gatherings for the Austin area.

This project will allow us to secure a long-term home for the business while expanding operations to better serve the growing community. The new facility is planned to include an upgraded skating rink, arcade, party rooms, improved parking, and additional attractions designed to increase tourism, local spending, and family entertainment opportunities in the area.

Gap funding is critical to help bridge the remaining financial need between private financing, owner investment, and total project costs associated with land acquisition, site development, infrastructure, and construction expenses. Rising construction costs and infrastructure requirements have created a funding gap that traditional lending alone cannot fully support.

This investment will help preserve a long-standing local business, create new jobs, increase sales tax revenue, and provide a positive community space focused on youth engagement and family entertainment. Our project is expected to stimulate surrounding economic activity by attracting visitors to nearby restaurants, retail businesses, and hotels while contributing to the continued growth and revitalization of the area.
