Hey everyone! Just wanted to preface this by saying thank you again to everyone who has helped me help these people so far! I’d just be a girl with an empty trailer without you guys and I appreciate it more than you all know!

As many of you know, I transported a mixed load of donations from northwestern Pennsylvania to Newland, NC on October 7th. While I was there, I talked with volunteers and got a feel for what they are lacking, and what they have a good supply of at the time.

As far as supplies for people, they are bigger ticket items, but generators and heat sources (propane) are huge right now. Temperatures will start dropping into the 30’s at night starting next week!

On the livestock side of things, I was told that Avery County specifically needs:

fencing supplies

solar fence chargers

chicken feed

pig feed

all stock feed

I know that some of these items are more expensive than many of the others we already collected together, so I am hoping through crowdfunding we can gather up a decent amount for them! I will happily provide all receipts to ensure that every dollar of this money raised goes straight to citizens affected by Hurricane Helene.

I will be taking our side by side down and staying to volunteer for a few days, and anyone that would like to ride along and help out is more than welcome! Thank you and God bless! 🇺🇸🙏
