I’m reaching out to my friends and family — the people who’ve seen my journey from the start — to help me take the next step in building something real and long-term for my future.

As many of you know, I’ve been working hard to grow my AVR companies, learning everything I can about technology, security, digital design, and smart systems. The next major milestone in that journey is creating a dedicated AVR Warehouse and Office where I can work, learn, build, and scale my projects professionally.

Right now, everything I do is self-taught, self-funded, and built piece by piece. This warehouse and office space would allow me to:

• Continue my tech education
• Build a real workspace for AVR Smart Tech, AVR Security, and AVR Land
• Store equipment, robotics, and hardware
• Film projects, content, and educational material
• Create a stable foundation for long-term growth
• Turn my ideas into real products, jobs, and opportunities
