Hello,

My name is Kraig and I am a single parent. The issue I have run into is rather simple... my house seems to be falling apart. A pipe burst in the basement spraying all over. Of course, as soon as I realized this was happening, I shut the water off but it was too late. My basement became flooded and even though I pumped the water out the damage was extensive. My water heater ended up shorting out and of course, the extra moisture has soaked into all of the wood from underneath. I need to repair the flooring and the main support beams. It is just a massive undertaking that I do not currently have the funding for and my back will not allow me at this time to go out and get. I know I am asking a lot, but anything would help... I just need to get this done before winter comes making it worse. If you cannot help, I understand... Thank you for at least taking the time to read.
