Hi. My home was affected by the flooding in central Indiana in August 2026. My homeowner’s policy will not cover the damage. As of 645 am ET on 12 August, there was 2” of standing water with more actively pouring in. I work at the local hospital and left to report to my shift at that time. I will need help drying out and repairing the basement, as well as possibly replacing the furnace and hot water heater. I am the sole owner and occupant. Every little bit helps.
