Globally, bats populations are on the decline. Humans are destroying bat habitat and affecting bat migration patterns all around the world. In the past few years, fungal disease has begun to have a great impact on bats as well.

The goal of this fund is to assist in rebuilding the number of bats by providing homes for bats, inform individuals and organizations about the benefits of bats, and assisting in bat research, especially to combat the fungal disease epidemic.
Bats are beneficial to both nature and to humans. Bats pollinate native plants, spread native seeds, and minimize insect populations. Bats are effective pollinators and natural pest control for farms, homes, businesses, communities as well as the local environment. Bats are perfectly comfortable living near humans. We can save a lot of time, money, and labor by helping bats and allowing them to coincide with us.
