My name is Jessica. I was an army wife for 18 years. A few months before my husbands retirement he statted distancing himself and playing head games. Mind you this man specialized in Psychological Operations most of his military career so he is an expert in manipulation. He set me up after a year of emotional abuse to be legally removed from our home and retain temporary custody of our 3 little boys, finances, and all of our belongings. Including my personal belongings. One month of having me legally thrown out like a peice of trash this man of mine moves another woman in. After 8 months of me living on the streets and being bulldozed by him and his lawyers he can afford, however I cannot, he is now engaged and owns a house in another state leaving our marital property abandoned and empty. However, I still remain homeless and financially broken. Did I mention our entire marriage I was a dependant spouse and was not allowed to work, have access to our finances or any important documents. Now it has been over a year and the worst part of all of this is not that he has thrown me out and is trying to take everything from me, it is that I have not seen or spoken to my 3 little boys, who are 2,5, and 10, in over a year. My heart is breaking and the courts are allowing it all because he has a lawyer and I do not. I need one ASAP! We are at the point of battling custody now and the courts do not appoint you one for civil matters. Which will continue to baffle me for the rest of my life. If you commit a crime they will give you one for free. But if you are talking about the well being of a child then you are left to your own devices. Please help me get money together to fight this selfish man in court. I have endured the most miserable things living on the streets in an attempt to get back what is rightfully mine. Please help me! Dont let me and my boys lose each other. We are closer than close and I can't imagine what this is doing to them. Especially my oldest. We have our own language and handshake and share a bond like no other! Please help me take this egotistical cheating narcissist down and make him get a taste of his own medicine so maybe he will realize that what he has done and what he is doing is not ok!!!
