Family of 6 looking to put down roots in our local community!

 Hi there! We are the Chadwick's and we are looking to put down roots in our local community!

 The nitty-gritty:

We have been living in a rental house, for 2+ years, but the landlord wants to sell the house now. So we have to move (in 60 days, Sept. 31st) but really we don't want to keep tossing our money away - we'd rather invest it into payments on property to own.

We are fundraising to get a down payment and/or closing costs to buy a house and property to live on. We are facing rising costs from these trying times, like many of you out there, and it has been hard trying to save up money for property investment.

We know the power of prayer, and when many hands help the load is lighter.

About us:

The Mrs and I have been happily married since 2005, and 4 great blessings (children) added to our total through the years! She's a teacher and I work for a shipping company part time. We have tried taking up extra side jobs just to be able to have a little bit more flexibility in day to day expenses, and things for the kids.
