I never thought I would have to ask strangers for help, but we are running out of time and options.

My mom is on a very limited fixed income, and her world was just turned upside down. My dad—her husband and partner in life—recently passed away. They were together for years, and now she’s facing grief, loneliness, and fear all at once.

On top of losing her husband, she is now being threatened with foreclosure. The home she’s at risk of losing isn’t just a house—it’s been in our family for years. It’s where memories were made, holidays were shared, and where she feels close to my dad even after his passing. Losing it would be devastating beyond words.

She simply cannot keep up financially on her income alone, and despite trying everything we can, we are coming up short. This is why I’m asking for help—something I never wanted to do but must do for her.
